پنجاب آرچری ایسوسی ایشن کے زیر اہتمام صوبہ پنجاب کی تاریخ میں پہلی مرتبہ ساءوتھ پنجاب بین الاضلاعی انڈور آرچری چیمپئن شپ ضلع ویہاڑی میں منعقد ہوئی جس میں صدر پنجاب آرچری اہسوسی ایشن جناب ملک عمران علی لیاقت نے خصوصی طور پر شرکت کی اور پوزیشن ہولڈرز میں انعامات تقسیم کیے..ڈویژنل سپورٹس آفیسر بہاولپور عامر حمید, ڈویژنل سپورٹس آفیسر ملتان رانا ندیم اور ڈسٹرکٹ سپورٹس آفیسر ویہاڑی غلام مرتضیٰ نے صدر پنجاب آرچری ایسوسی ایشن کا استقبال کیا.. اس موقع پر غیر رسمی گفتگو کرتے ہوئے صدر آرچری نےکہا کہ ہم نے تمام مشکلات کے باوجود آرچری کو گراس روٹ لیول سے فروغ دینے اور اسے پنجاب کے دوردراز اور کم وسائل رکھنے والے علاقوں تک پہنجانے کا وعدہ پورا کردکھایا.. اس موقع پر پنجاب آرچری ایسوسی ایشن کے سیکرٹری جنرل امان اللہ شان اور دیگر عہدیدار بھی ان کے ہمراہ تھے..
For the first time in the history of Punjab, an indoor inter -district South Punjab Archery Championship was held. The President Punjab Archery Association Malik Imran Ali Liaqat graced the occasion with his presence. He was welcomed by the Divisional Sports Officer Bahawalpur Amir Hameed, the Divisional Sports Officer Multan Rana Nadeem and District Sports Officer Vehari Ghulam Murtaza. He distributed prizes among the position holders. In an informal interview, the President said that inspite of multifarious hurdles, he fulfilled his promise of promoting archery from gross root level and spreading it to the far flung and backward areas of Punjab. The Secretary General PAA Amanullah Shan also graced the occasion with his presence.
